These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of this website and all purchases made through it.
By using our website, placing an order or interacting with us online, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Introduction
1.1 This website (“Site”) is owned and operated by Good Habits, a company incorporated and registered in Zambia.
1.2 These Terms govern the ordering, sale, delivery and use of all Goods and related services offered through our Site.
1.3 All users accessing or using this Site do so subject to these Terms.
1.4 Regardless of where you access our Site from, by using this Site you agree any delivery address will be within the Republic of Zambia unless otherwise agreed.
2. User Eligibility
2.1 To purchase from this Site, you must be aged 18 or older, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
2.2 You must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering or placing orders.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Certain features may require creating an account. You must secure and keep your login credentials confidential.
3.2 You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Product Information
4.1 We endeavour to display accurate product descriptions, ingredients, sizes, availability and pricing.
4.2 Images are for illustrative purposes and products may vary slightly due to batch, packaging or supplier changes.
5. Ordering, Pricing & Payment
5.1 Prices are shown in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW).
5.2 We accept payments via mobile money, bank transfer and card payments (if enabled).
5.3 Orders are processed only after full payment is received and verified.
6. Delivery
6.1 Delivery timeframes are estimates. Delays may occur due to courier issues, public holidays or circumstances outside our control.
6.2 You must provide accurate delivery details. We are not liable for failed delivery due to incorrect addresses.
7. Consumer Rights, Returns & Refunds
7.1 Change-of-Mind Returns
Because we sell consumable products:
Returns are accepted only if the product is unopened, unused and in its original sealed packaging.
You must request a return within 7 days of receipt.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
Once inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
7.2 Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product is:
Damaged during delivery
Defective
Incorrect or not as described
You are entitled to a replacement, repair or refund in line with applicable Zambian consumer rights, including the Competition and Consumer Protection Act.
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos and your order details. We will assess and advise on the best remedy.
7.3 Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety:
Opened consumables
Used personal care products
Items with broken seals
Items clearly marked “non-returnable”
cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
8. Health & Skin Sensitivity Disclaimer
Our products are formulated with care, but all skin types are different.
We strongly recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin at least 24 hours before full use of any product.
By using our products you acknowledge that:
You have reviewed the ingredient list for known allergies or sensitivities
You will stop use immediately if irritation occurs
You will consult a healthcare professional if needed
Our products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions.
9. Consumer Information
9.1 You have the right to clear information about the goods you purchase, including ingredients, pricing, delivery charges, return options and applicable guarantees.
We endeavour to uphold transparency in all terms and product information.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Good Habits is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
10.2 Our liability in any case is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, images and designs, is owned by Good Habits and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce site content without our written permission.
12. Website Use
12.1 You agree not to misuse or interfere with the proper operation of the Site.
12.2 You agree not to upload harmful code or misrepresent information.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this Site. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Zambian courts.
