How to Use
Chest & Sinus Relief: Rub onto chest, throat, or back.
Under-Nose Clear: Apply a small amount under the nostrils or behind the ears.
Steam Inhalation: Add 1 teaspoon to a bowl of hot (not boiling) water. Cover your head with a towel, lean in, and breathe deeply for 5–10 minutes.
Muscle & Joint Aches: Massage into sore or stiff areas.
Optional Extra: Can also be applied to insect bites or exposed skin to help repel bugs.
Not for infants under 2 years. Avoid eyes and broken skin.
